Firecrests at Weston Turville

After yet another fruitless early morning rise looking for hares I decided to go and sit in the bird hide at Weston Turville Reservoir for a couple of hours before going back home to open the gallery.

Whilst in the hide I bumped into Graham Smith from Bucks Bird Club who mentioned that there were firecrests very nearby so off we went and just a few minutes later, this tiny little fella came down and sang his little heart out!

You can find the Firecrest gallery here.
